Resume & Job Management website

Project Description: I need a Jobs& Resume management website for IT Jobs. Here are the high level requirements as follows:- I am referring sample websites 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] I need following pages/functionality as of now :- 1) Home page where we have three tabs or three types of roles 1. Search Jobs ( default) - Where Job Seeker can search for jobs 2. Search Resumes - Where recruiters or vendors or employers can search for resumes 3. Employers - Where recruiter, vendor or employer post the jobs, 2 types of employers one is premium( where employer will register with us with minimal amount and they will get candidate personal information( such as Email ID and Phone) and another one is regular( where employer can request our admin to provide the resource details on some NDA conditions) 2) My profile / Save / Scan the resumes thru easy upload 3) New User/ Sign In/ Register / Login / Forgot password / reset password, Email will be sent for verification, In Email if registered user click the Verify email address then only user can perform any actions in website 4) Admin to manage Jobs( It may be vendor or employer) 5) Like thru FB, or TWITTER Please let me know :- 1) Cost of Website creation ( including logo, CSS) 2) Time required to create web pages 3) looking in PHP & MY SQL If required detail requirements can be shared
