Hi, As per your requirement we have following Understanding & Queries for Mobile Module of the solution: Hourly Cost - $10 USD Understanding: The solution will be Online Complex Management App to be developed on mobile platform. The Solution will be accessible to owners / tenants and Home Owners Associations or Body Corporates. The App will provide complete access level for Home Owners Association, Body Corporates, Trustees to Owners. App will also have ‘Search’ option for user to search any details like Owners, Contact Details, etc. App will also support Online nag system, Online order system (for ordering car stickers, domestic worker access cards, etc.) and Online document storage facility ( for Uploading & Downloading documents). The App will also have Bulk mail and Bulk SMS system which will Alert owners / residents of any security threats or important announcements. The Mobile app will work on client server architecture and will interact to backend server for exchange of data. Queries: 1. On what all platform you want the app to be developed? iOS or Android or both? 2. What will be the orientation of app? Landscape or portrait or both? 3. Will the app be developed only for phones or Tablet/iPad will be also included in scope? 4. Do you have the design/Mockups/Wireframes ready for the app or you want us to develop that for you? 5.
