5 page basic website with contact form

Hi, I need a 5 page basic website immediately Requirements Home- Slider to be inserted on the home page About Us- 2 images and content Services- content and professional images in scroller Products-content & images Contact Us-address/enquiry form & google map Facebook/twitter sharing options Project flow-I will need 2 mock-ups within 24 hours Once approved i will need the html files within next 24 hours Final deliverable will include All JPGs All PSDs- sliced/layered HTML/CSS files All HTML files to be converted into php with header/footer called from include folder No milestone requests -Projects will be funded -100% payment will be released only on project completion IMPORTANT NOTE- NO USE OF READY TEMPLATES..I WILL NEED THE ORIGINAL PSDs Once paid for all copyright belongs to me -use of designs/links in portfolio or any reference will lead to copyright infringement I regularly need such websites.
