Design a unique wordpress blog theme

Need a wordpress theme redesigned. I will provide you with the design. Make some changes so that it look different from the original. Have to be approve by themeforest using our own account. Important Note: 1. Have to follow all guideline provided by themeforest. And payment released once they approve. 2. Milestone will be released at the end once theme-forest approve the work 3. Theme will be installed on my server. 4. It does not contain any error, warning, or improper functions. 5. Have admin panel. 6. Should be unique and built from scratch. 7. Have to put dummy content by yourself. Payment will be released when themeforest approve my theme. My budget is $100. Bids more than $100 will be ignored.
