Database for 500 brands

Build a database for 500 brands. In the database internet users can find for each brand the logo and the conditions illustrated by a combination of symbols. Each company must fill out an online form that will create a combination of some symbols for the conditions of their brand. (symbols are already designed). The companies of the brands must be able to login with a password and change the conditions of their brands online. All internet users must be able to see the brand logos and conditions. Before internet users can copy and paste a logo they must click on a "click through" agreement, that they agree with the conditions as illustrated by the symbols.
