Title of project: copy of a [login to view URL] website, optimize for SEO & slightly customize Full Description: I am Realtor and am trying to build a [login to view URL] website. I am fairly familiar and capable of installing the plug's in I want for it, but I have been having trouble finding a free workable template for my Real Estate Site. There seems to always be some feature that doesn't work properly, such as video uploading, or social media links, Facebook, twitter etc that doesn't work right. I also don't know code so I need something that is easy for me to use and change later, so I can delete or add buttons, add plug ins with ease etc. All I need is a workable template that is SEO friendly and will generate leads. I have seen alot of real estate website's are designed to look good, but have limited functionality for getting leads from them or rank well in Google. I am looking for ranking and getting leads. I know exactly what I want and I found some website's that have a general look and some of the functionality I want to base it off of. Basically I need someone to copy it and customize it for my local area. There are some features I like about one and some features I like about the other. There are just a few minor things I would like changed such as the colors and placement of a things and buttons and how the buttons look, etc. But the coding should be fairly similar for you to basically copy from and create a WordPress template for me and just edit it with the appropriate Meta tags and keywords for my keywords and local area For the best SEO ranking. These website's rank organically in Google for various keyword searches already. Ex: Short sales or how to short sale, Foreclosures, buying homes in San Jose... something like that. The website will have a home page with squeeze pages, for Short sales, for buying homes, for what people want to know what their home is worth etc. I will go over these in detail's after the project has been awarded. You should be able to get an idea from looking at the websites. All I need you to do is create the template for me. I will have the content made by writer who specializes in keywords for those terms, unless you can do this as well, you will need to be able to coordinate with them for inputting this content or make it easy to do so, or make it available for them to input it at a late point. If you can create the content for me, let me know what the cost for this would be separately to [login to view URL] template for me. Because of this I am would prefer to be able have the ability to speak to you someone over the phone if necessary, but this is not a requirement Website Goals: My goal from the website is to get leads from buyers and for Short sale listings.
