Build Professional website

Hello, Looking to finish a hosting website currently being built. I currently require end to end provisioning of hosted products on our exiting control panel from the site. Complete and build provisioning based on various api, SOAP and URL calls to multiple registra's and other providers providers like Globalsign. Integrate / build Client management system (not WHMCS). This is pretty complex project that requires various skill sets preferably within the same team. Required: Finish HTML / CSS pages, RoR with jquery front end (Can be changed), .net for Control Panel call's, services and changes. Checkout basket built but needs integration (googlecheckout / paypal). White-labling of exiting 3rd party end-user tools, control panel. Looking for Strong and long term partners to take this project to completion and beyond. Profit-share scheme also available. At the end of the project we should have and end to end interactive and professional site with mostly fully automated purchase and provisioning e-commerce website. Further information available.
