I already have a website: [login to view URL], but I need a new website with more possibilities and functions such as: 1) Immediate and live booking. At the moment people are sending us an e-mail and we reply back with availability. I want my customers to be able to reserve directly from an inventory of rooms/apartments that we have available at any given point of time. When they reserve and pay directly from our site, it is instant and the inventory is updated. 2) Channeled management system: I want to have the possibility to change the price in one place and immedietly the price for the same room is updated on all other sites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Orbitz and Expedia. 3) The site I really like and which is my "model" is [login to view URL] 4) I also want newsletter features and promo code features, basically all the standard stuff that is out there now for similar sites. 5) A similar company to our is [login to view URL] 6) I know this could be more precise, but if you have experience with this type of work, I believe we can proceed from here:)
