appointment scheduling system with crm

I am looking for a scheduling system for a property management company. I would like to track where leads are coming from and collect names and information into a database. If someone wants to see a property it needs to click right into a calendar scheduling system. (contacts will not schedule their own appointments). The calendar needs to sync with google calendar. It can be a google calendar. But i would like it to have custom fields if possible, or if the info can be pass right into the description section in google calendar. I need the scheduling system to send text and email reminders for appointments. I also want to segment the contacts into groups where i can send weekly html emails. I need to be able to have a weekly report of all the property activity which i can email out to anyone. The database needs to be able to search by any of the criteria. Here is a description of each page Main: logo at the top, links across the top; Main, Calendar, Contacts, Campaigns, Properties main section will have the fields to input the data for the property activity, such as how we are receiving the lead (text, call, email,etc. These should be checkboxes) and basic fields the for the contacts. I also need the ability to add or delete fields . at the bottom a button to schedule a showing which will go right into the calendar and will auto populate the data for the contact into the schedule appts. Calendar page: this is the calendar to also schedule appts, set up text and email reminders. Fields to schedule an appt need to sync somehow into google calendar. or have the ability to sync with my showing guys ipads and smart phones. I also need a way to input feeback about the showing for a particular appointment. Contacts page: this page will have all the contacts which were input from the main page. It needs to have the ability to search by many of the fields such as price, area,etc. I needs to edit contacts and be able to delete them easily. Campaigns page: this page will control the email blast to certain groups and the text blasts. I need to be able to upload or create the email that will be sent (html). It needs to control unsubscribe requests and bouncebacks. Reports page: this page needs to have the ability to easily run some easy to read, professional looking reports like the property activity, feedback and I need to be able to email the reports to whomever. Property page. This page will be a simple form to input the property address which will populate in a dropdown on the main page, or calendar page. And to easily delete the property when it is not available any more.
