ASP Document Control

I am looking for someone who can create a ASP portal module that uses AD for user authenication and allows the user to explorer folders and files on a server based on the NTFS permissions of the user. The kicker to it is that it would also have to have a check in/check out for opening files with revision control and if the document is checked out no other user can edit the file until it is checked back in. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
