Web Based Virtual Time Clock

This application is the traditional time clock with several additional functions added.? It must be available? for all employees to 'Punch In' and 'Punch Out' from different locations, including their homes - thus the web based requirement. The job is not time intensive, but I will hold the programmer to a very strict time compliance - agreed to by both myself and the programmer before the project begins.? Do not even bother to bid if you cannot keep to a time commitment with multiple benchmarks as we progress through the programming stages. I have a very strong preference for VB.net with Access or SQL as the DB tool, because? I am familiar with that.? ?
