Need help with a VB project that consists of hex work

Hey guys My name is matt and I am working on a vb program right now but I am stuck at trying to read a dat file so I am looking for someone to help me find 20 to 25 values located in a 500 kb file. If you can find all of them for me I will pay you 50 dollars. Now just so you guys no this is not to crack a game or to make a warez. This is so I can make an add on utility to the game. Ok now let me make this project a little bit more clear. #1) this is for Madden football 2002 pc there is 1 file a franchise file ( normally 500 k or so)that keeps all the stats of the games and etc. What I want to do is by a touch of a button through a nice and user freindly windows program is click a button and it to export the stats to either a nice pdf or text file pdf prefered, and also be able to export it to html. I am looking at this time to export 4 groups of data. #1) roster #2) League standings #3) team stats (included ind stats) #4) LEague Leaders I already have a screen shot which i will upload here that has the exact layout and format i want for all 4 files. All I want from you is to set up a quick program where I can hit either html or pdf or both and it spits out that weeks stats for those 4 groups. Notice: If you can make this program extremlly smooth looking and useable. I will pay more to add more stats. lots more i.e 150 or so. P.S look at this webpage this is a fbpro 98 league and uses the stats layouts that i want [login to view URL] Look at this page and look how its layouts are if you feel you can copy thoose layouts but get the info from this .dat file then this is the job for you. Now the 4 areas I want are all listed there look at the link that says 1) standings 2) season leaders 3) team stats 4) and click any of the team names in the middle of the screen to show how i want my roster.
