I'm looking someone who will georectify aerial photography using ERMapper... The project I just completed was 150 images... The one before me now is 4 to 5 times larger... The ground control will be the usgs photo's. The images must be tight to usgs. appended: To learn more about geo coding and rectification look at [login to view URL] . ERMapper let you pick a point in a georeferenced image or vector file and a point in the image you are rectifying and say they are the same location... We normally use around 60 points per image... After all your points are selected, ERMapper will transform the image so that every pixel im the image has a real world coordinate... My images are taken with a 9x9 camera and scanned with a photogrametric scanner... Each image is about 200 meg... After the rectification is complete on all images in region work is done to pick points along the edge of the images where they will be joined... This gives a more seamless look... Then the color balancing wizard from ERMapper is run to balance the colors from all images together... When this process is done correctly, all roads allign where images are joined. I hope this answers some of your questions... Regards, Ty
