wordpress experts and quick work

I need someone who knows CSS code and designs sites on wordpress. I currently have a blog but the theme I'm using has errors in the code, my thumbnail images are not showing on the landing page but show when you click on the post. Overall, I need a designer that can work with this theme and get it looking fierce. I would also like to add ecommerce component to sell my ebooks and information products. You will notice the error at the bottom of the page and the thumbnails missing on some of the posts on the next pages. I updated my theme and lost the thumbnail images but when you go to the post they are there and so I don't think we have to reload them. Website url provided after request. Budget is limited. Thanks
