Simple Real Estate software

Hi, I am looking for a software program to be made. This is going to be software for real estate agents. Basically, the software will scan sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] for actual homeowners who are trying to sell their home or property on their own but haven’t had much luck. I’d like the software to search these sites and compile a list of owners based on zip code, city, state, etc so the real estate agents can contact these people and offer to become their agent and sell the property for them. I’ve attached a video of a very similar software program that basically does the same thing, but it only searches ForSaleByOwner.com. I would like my software to search all of the sites listed above. I’ve also included a rough sketch of how I would like the software to look. As you can see, I will have a logo image in the upper left, and a watermark image in the lower right. I already have the images, you will just need to include them into the software. The “search” button should change to a “stop” button after clicking, so the user can stop the search anytime they want, and then change to a "finished" button once completed. While the software is searching, the results should start to appear on the right side of the software window. I would like the “Listing Id” column to be the listing id from the website where it is listed, but to also be a live hyperlink, that when clicked, will take the user to the page/website where it is listed. I would also like the results to be able to be saved to an excel spreadsheet csv file for later viewing as the user wishes. I am offering a 30-day free trial with this software, but after 30 days the user will be required to enter an unlock key to continue using the software. Also, during the trial period I would like the software to only search [login to view URL], but after entering the software key, it will unlock all the other sites to search those as well. I have a maximum budget of $300 - $400 for this project. Any questions, please ask.
