parse backend for app

Looking for a developer to create a customer database within Parse ([login to view URL]) to communicate with our mobile (android) and desktop (c#) applications. The developer will create a webpage where customers can login or create accounts which will populate the Parse database. Customers will be able to administer their accounts, manage details and keep track of activity. Also, within that webpage, customers will be able to have access to a payment system (credit card and Paypal) to purchase tokens to be consumed within our desktop software. Please go to the Parse website ([login to view URL]) and look at the REST API, and things such as User, rolls, objects and cloud code. Parse is very simple to use but we don't know how to create web pages or deal with PHP and payment systems
