error on the signup page

We have a dating website. Our specialist have not done his job good and can not resolve the problem. The problem; When you go to the signup page and fill in everything, all go good. When you verificate the signup then you recieve an error. One detail more is that when you are on the admin page you see that there are two different data for the profiles. So this two fight with each other and give the error. We need somebody that fast this problem can resolve. also check one point more, we could see in the admin page always if somebody send a letter to another member, and we needed to verificate this letter before it go tor replicant. We could there also delete or change things in the letters. This item is gone in our admin page. Please let us know if you are interested or have questions
