email forwarder plugin

Hi, I need a basic wordpress plugin created to set up email forwarders through cpanel. Normally, to accomplish this you'd log into cpanel, click 'forwarders' then add forwarder, then enter the info you want like name @ [login to view URL] and what email address you want it forwarded to. The plugin should do all of this from wordpress. So the end user would enter the url to log into their cpanel and their username and password, then the plugin would show the fields to enter the info you want (from a drop down menu if more than one domains are on their account) and a field for the email address they want it forwarded to. I will provide any graphics needed and will retain full rights to the product when completed. If you don't do this step, please don't expect me to hire you. I have a lot of work coming up for a good programmer, so if you do a good job on this small project, you may get a lot more future work.
