Anti-Cheat System Intigrated with Website

We are a north american based multi gaming organization who is currently hosting online tournaments for multiple games, and in the very near future are going to start our own north american league which can host several games. We are looking for a coder who will be able to develop an anti-cheat system for a series of games (mainly based on steam and a few on origin). We are looking for a very experienced coder who knows their stuff and can do the job well and communicate effectively with us. Addition: I would prefer if the users could use the same login credentials as in the website. and have the anti-cheat intigrated with the website. -Have a database where admins can login to and check activity of users - Scan all the users processes running in the background, deep into the operating systems kernel. -Unique Screenshot Taking Method -BitBlt Screenshots -Process Scanning -Memory Scanning -Kernel driver scanning -Advanced PVS calculations -No sound origins -Nospread Detection -Local Disc Information -Check Used Steam Accounts -Check VAC Status -Login System -Upload Screenshots -Upload System Information -Upload other data -TheMedia Proetection -Ringer Detection - Be immune to any custom delay/sleep timers that might try to hide users hacks from screenshots. - A screenshot detection system to verify that every screenshot was taken and uploaded properly. - Silent update feature and a built-in program ID scanner and catcher that will automatically update the client (software) without the user knowing. This feature will also be able to scan a new hack and grab the program ID and add that ID to the master database to be detected. System must detect all types of hacks private and public for RTS and FPS games. Please only make a bid on this if you are familiar with both types of games and know what you are doing thanks.
