setup websites on new server with direct admin

We need asap someone that can do the following. We have moved all files (except databases) from our server to a new server and now the domains must be created in Direct Admin (our admin panel) including transferring the databases to the new server and set up the websites so that they will work on the new server (including DNS settings). Also the existing email addresses must work on the new server so I don't know if they must be created there also. Total sites are about 12 sites from which 6 site are magento stores that are using only 1 database. For experienced people that knows Direct Admin this will takes max 2- 3 hours.
