Here is what we need: Search function on homepage needs to be: - "City" search function instead of Zip Code, still corresponding to the mile-range drop-down; - "Bed/Bathroom(s)" sorting to replace Keywords; - "Communities" list instead of Category. The Communities are known as subcategories in the programming. Communities: Listed communities need to be in alphabetical order - it's not working right... Available Homes Page: - Add sorting option: Community (otherwise known in the programming as a subcategory within "Mobile Homes" category) - Put advanced search options on the "Available Homes" page similar to this link: [login to view URL] Visitors should be able to select multiple sorting features (similar to [login to view URL]) so they can drill-down their results. - For Example: visitors may want a house in Orchard Hills with 3 bedrooms, no more that $10,000.00. Pending/Sold Option: We need to add an option so Keith can mark homes as pending or sold. "We would like to be able to mark houses "Sale Pending" or "Sold" and leave them on the website for awhile."
