522609 Scripts install

I need to install Verotel integration on my web. I am looking for a programmer that really knows about this type of installation. If you have installed it before, someone confident that really know what he is doing, let me know. I told already to two different programmers (they both said they could hep me with it) but they try for a few days and the couln't finish the project. I am telling guys this because I don't want to waste my time again. Anyway, I'm paying $80. Anybody -serious-confident- available out there to do this job?
