Joomla Development Job Access Control / MailChimp Integrat

We have a Joomla Development Job across three sister websites that requires a Joomla ace that knows how the CMS works and has knowledge of plugins and components. - All websites share Joomla 1.5 base, similar templates, different content ACCESS CONTROL - We need an access control installed for administrators. One admin should still be super-admin, meaning he or she can access everything. But we’d like a second-level user that can ONLY access one component (DatsoGallery) and nothing else. MailChimp Integration - We’ve installed this MailChimp component to integrate our content to our e-blast system: [login to view URL] It is not perfect, however. Changes Includes - Edit so it handles images better. Right now, it only displays thumbnail. We need it to send out e-blasts with thumbnail that links to full image (in popup) – also need it to display the caption. If you need to change the image handling on Joomla to do this to a different plugin – it is OK. This is the most important part of the job! - (right now we use mavikthumbnails) – if you want to change this its fine, but you need to explain to use the new system, and also keep the existing content on the site so photos open in new windows. - Also need our template imported or built into the component so its easy to drop content in (on all three sites). Provider must executive perfectly, the image handling is VERY IMPORTANT to our product, and you also have to be careful while testing as the website is connected to Facebook, Twitter, RSS, etc (may have to disable plugins).
