Tracking and order update system

Tracking system for managing a couple of sites. We need an automated tracking system for managing a couple of our websites. It should be easily updated via an admin, for example, our staff can login and they can paste text into a box: Customer Name:Order Date:Order Number:Transaction ID:Tracking Number:URL for tracking (and one more field for email but it cannot be publicly published) - see below ## Deliverables Tracking system for managing a couple of sites. It should be easily updated via an admin, for example, our staff can login and they can paste text into a box: Customer Name:Order Date:Order Number:Transaction ID:Tracking Number:URL for tracking (and one more field for email but it cannot be publicly published) - see below For example, Karen Baker:09/12/2007:13916:TR1232065493342:EE0028892cn:[login to view URL] So then when this customer searches on the front page, if they type in Baker, they can find themselves, if they type in Karen Baker they can find it, if they search transaction ID, order number etc, they can find their information and their tracking updated by us. Partial matches are allowed. Fields will be for: -Customer Name -ORder Date -Order number -Transaction ID -Tracking Number -Tracking URL Furthermore, there will be a private field of email address that can be added to the upload string. This is so that when the information is uploaded it is automatically emailed to the customer with all the details above and a link back to the shipping site URL (ask us for the URL). Also, sometimes the tracking number is not what will be shown instead a status will be shown instead. For example, out of stock status. So the email should contain a standard paragraph about out of stock. For example, All the details are given, then below that: IF your status is out of stock please see the following page for our policy on out of stock items..... (we can provide the paragraph) We must be able to update the information, but there is no need to overwrite information, for example, if we upload for one customer one day and the item is out of stock, then we upload 3 days later and the item was mailed we can keep the status out of stock as well and then just add the new information there as well and the dates will show the progress. Every update should send a new status email to the customer.
