V Simple Subscription Website Build & Design

Thank you for considering my request This project has 2 parts but you are only bidding on Part 1 for now Part 1 very simple - 3-4 page website. The front page has a little text and an area to log in with user name and password. Or the option to register. Once logged in this takes the user to another page which is the members area. There will be a number of tabs on the side to take the user to other pages. On these pages will be search tools that I am currently having built. For now I need a very simple logo and lay out. Preferably using shades of blue. The purpose is just to have the site up and running so we canuse the search tools. If people click on the "Register" option then this will take them to a page that will list my contact information for them to register. The website should be such that it is possible to add more tabs and pages ata later date. (any further maintainance work we can negotiate a price at the relevant time) You must be able to create a password protected area. That I can handle issuance of passwords and registration and you can explain to me how to manage this. The password facility should be such that the user can only access the website from one computer. PART 2 Is to create a logo and design for this website that is fancy and attractive and the website will need more pages and functions including a registration and payment function. But this will come much later and will be a separate bid. What you are bidding on now is just project 1 but I am interested in receiving bids from people who are also able to handle PART 2 when I am ready
