Need WP Theme/Website Developed

This should be an easy and quick project for the right person. I need a website/theme/blog designed like this site [login to view URL]@peace@total@[login to view URL] (remove the @ in the URL) You should be able to get an idea of the CSS and look and feel from the view source. The main part of the site is a blog which I like but then you can also click on "Products" and it will take you to regular "Sales Letter" pages (but the menu is still on the top). I like on the Sales letter pages that there is not a column on the right hand side (Archives, Categories, etc) I like the look and feel of the shaded menu bar but we will change the colors slightly to not look identical. I am assuming this whole site is basically a WP theme with extra pages. You must show proof of existing websites you created and please state "biggoals" in your response so I know you read the whole request.
