Count objects in image. I had previously posted a very similar request but i was unable to action the project as the client first wants a demo. So this project is purely as a demo. The plan is not to reuse the code in this demo. The purpose of this program is to count the baby seals in any given image. I have attached an example image. Obviously the most time consuming part of the program is where you actually count the seals. The difference between the demo and the actual application is simply the accuracy of the count. When you give a quote you must not only quote me but also give me a timeline and how accurate the program will be in the counting of the pups. For example if there are 60 pups and the program counts 30 or 90, the accuracy is 50%; if the program counted 40 or 60, the accuracy would be 66.67%. Your target accuracy will form part of the spec. ///spec i have also attached an image to give you a general idea of how the program should look. I will also elaborate on the requirements below. There will be the following types of counts: 1. Pups the program is certain of 2. Pups the program is not so sure about 3. Pups selected by user 4. All the above There will also be functionality to highlight each of the above types of pups that have been counted. I gave an example of this in the attached image; however, i only highlighted a few of the seals. A different colour must be used for each different type of pup. The user will also have the ability to select and deselect seals. Kind Regards, Marco-Hans
