On-Going Web Programming Needs (Full time or Part time)

I am looking for an experienced web programmer/programmers to work on websites from time to time. Typical work involves simple php/my sql coding of sites, enabling simple databases, password protection of pages, creating admin sections, download sections, form-database captures, blogs, dynamic content etc. Rarely, we do have more involved work such as creating e-commerce sites, shopping carts, catalogs etc, but nothing that's not already been done a couple dozen times by someone experienced, using standard scripts. All work will be confidential and you will agree and adhere to an NDA upon starting work. Availability online on msn/yahoo a plus. Adherence to timeline is non negotiable, and so is quality of work. You will test out scripts for bugs and iron them out if present. Looking for someone efficient and reliable. We can pay via PayPal. Complete website to be tested thoroughly. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
