89873 Amember script plugins

I need two things done: FIRST ----- I have a membership script called Amember. I need a plugin created for it. I have attached two sample plugins. Here's what I need the plugin to do. When a member account is created in the Amember script, I want the exact member to be created on another script i.e. Ultimate Affiliate (my affiliate script). But when this member is being unsubscribed from the Amember script, I want them to remain in the affiliate script. I would also like it done in a way that when the member logs in through Amember, they will automatically be logged in for the UA script. And when a person logs out from the Amember script, they will be logged out for the UA script. SECOND ------ This is unrelated to the first part. I need a script that put a cookie on my visitors' computer so that they will not see a particular page more than once. I have "One Time Offer" page that I'd like to show to those who first successfully subscribes to my ezine but I want them to see it only once. If they try to access the page again, they will be redirected to another page.
