Advice on WordPress Membership Site

Hello all, I'm a developer myself but I haven't worked with wordpress membership sites before, so I need another developer to help me with this project. You will most likely never have to touch a single line of code - I will do the coding, you will just guide me through it. You will decide what plugins we'll use and explain me how things work in general, and I'll handle the nitty-gritty implementation details. Show me ONLY similar projects you've done. Don't worry about front-end. While I said you will most likely never have to write a single line of server-side code, you will definitely never have to bother with front-end. Except of course choosing good customizable plugins that will allow ME to change the appearance. The project is about a business site that offers some programs people can enroll in. People will be able to register and pay. I will give a much more detailed description if I like your bid. Speaking of which, to increase the chances of me liking it, start it with "no bots", show me your experience on similar projects, and tell me what you plan on using for this one.
