Hello Coders buy accepting this job you agree to below conditions project: php/mysql script similar to [login to view URL] with all the functions we need to clarify the admin functions before we can start. i own a software company and will be re-selling so must be original work i will need 3 months support Platform: linux,unix,windows Internet explorer and firefox browsers No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by me before we start the project. If this project is late/not delivered on time or over budget or has GPL / GNU or 3rd party elements i have the option of cancelling with a full refund at any time. Deliverables: All deliverables must be uploaded to [login to view URL] before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) The buyer intends to distribute this script 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
