Virtuemart - Joomla - Paypal Pro Plugin

I require a Virtuemart-Joomla specialst to build me a properly coded payment plugin for virtuemart that will link with Paypal Australias - Website Payments Pro, API's, for making payments and credit card transactions. It will need to allow integration for ONSITE payments (eg the payments can be payed for entirely on the site itself using the paypal APIS) aswell as OFFSITE operation, (eg the payment and shopping details will be sent to the paypal site then after transaction complete it will refer back to the initail site) This plugin requires decent documentation throughout the code. As always im after a professional job. I will provide - A working Sandbox account & a working joomla-virtuemart install for you to test on with all logins etc, aswell as links to the documentation on the API's. You need only worry about coding the plugin. Core hacks are NOT permitted, this plugin must be able to be easily transferred to my other sites, by myself without core hacks. A set of install instructions must be given, a short and sweet mediun to advanced guide is fine. Ive seen similar jobs done in a day or two.
