Clone Website Project: **** REVISED Please Read! **** Clone: [[login to view URL]][1] - This should be a Very Easy Project for the right coder all weblinks to the TV channels can be viewed on this site. We want all channels Except for the 'Adult 18+' channel. The Nav Bar needs to be modified to scroll instead of entire page scrolling in order to keep the media player in the center of the page at all times. The links are easy to retrieve and hopefully I wont have to explain but I will gladly do so if necessary. This will be integrated into my main website. The following will be added: A Sign up section with limited viewing time for Free Users(which admin needs to allow us to make adjustments. and Unlimited use for Paying Users. Admin will have features allowing us to choose how much we will charge. Paypal will be used for method of payment. Admin section needs to have feature allowing us to add new to channels to categories. Admin panel will have reports for free and paying members. There will Not be a Banner System as we already have one. Feature added to hide the URL of where the TV Stations are located. Coder must agree to giving us full rights to project and no duplication of such project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
