Online Scheduling

Let me briefly tell you about this challenging and interesting project. We are using the following (but would be open to better ideas): 1- Platform: LAMP (linux, apache, mysql, php) 2- Delivery Model: Application Service Provider We intend to have a complete suite of online (web based) services for small to medium sized medical practices. The future online services would include: EMR & patient manager, prescription writer, encounter form, billing module (patient, insurance, brokers), Report Generator, ecommerce financial management solutions, and others. In short the idea is to build individual/independent modules that work fine by themselves but create an unmatched synergy when offered as a suite of services. Statement of Qualifications: Please only serious bidders with the knowledge of the workflow & billing practices of the USA-based physician’s office/medical practice and a good understanding of CPT/ICD codes need to apply. The bidders should be able to deliver a program like the one whose user manual I have attached. Please provide statement of qualifications and provide samples of your work. Your information will be used to conduct a private auction for a medium to large project. Please note that this would be a trial type of a project and the winning bidder will also be doing other modules of the entire suite of which the scheduler is only a small but vital part. The Scheduler program would be broken into various phases and majority of the payment for the Scheduler module would be made at the time of final acceptance and testing. The bidder is expected to provide a well-written and well-documented code along with the necessary online Help files. ## Deliverables State your resume, qualifications including samples of work demonstrating ability to develop program like the one attached & noted above; in addition to the above mentioned, please also provide the following: · Your understanding/comprehension & approach to the project by stating your approach, sample database tables, breakdown of the project in phases and tentative schedule. · The infrastructure & tools you have available for delivering the project. · Amount of experience with US based medical/health care industry (e.g. novice, medium, expert). · Level of your familiarity and expertise with CPT/ICD codes & their relationship with medical procedures · Level of your familiarity and expertise with HCFA 1500 and UB-92 forms & how they are filled, which field means what and how the forms are filled and submitted to payers. · List of what you need from us in terms of tools and information to implement this project As this is part of a medium to large project, preference will be given to a project team, so provide info on your company or team members.
