Make an existing design responsive

I have a website www. count calculate .com that I would like to get responsive and available for all devices (iPhone/Android, iPad/other tablets and of course computers). - High focus will be on re-creating the current design while also making it responsive. The current setup may not be perfect in terms of HTML/CSS but I expect yours to be. I.e. this could mean improving, rather than mimicking the current HTML/CSS setup while maintaining the same visual appearance. - It is also important that the re-creation is future-proof and will not break if I make alterations. - For smart phones the focus will lie highly on the calculations and make them look good. Right-side menus will be ignored and left side menus compressed into a menu-icon. - I want to have new mobile-friendly Adsense ads in the new design setup. - There are four main views: --- Calculations (many use jQuery to show/hide certain text fields) --- Calculation categories --- Counters --- Text articles - Expect some iterations during your development.
