Experienced Architect and Senior Developers needed

I'm searching for suitable candidates who have a proven track record as well as previous experience in developing web based applications which utilize live video streaming and conference calling technology. I want to set up a team consisting of:- 1 x web developer 2 x server side developers (1 will be the lead developer and architect) (Other roles including design and QA will be selected at a later stage.) I would like to hear from:- > Experienced architects with knowledge and experience on how to develop SCALABLE infrastructure; > Senior developers with knowledge and experience of developing web-based software Ideally the candidates will be based in Europe or alternatively will be willing and able to relocate to central Europe in order to form part of a team. The project is very interesting as well as challenging.
