20 questions game + AjaxPhpMsql App + Flash-reader

I need to get a tool made that subscribers of our service can use to make flowcharts, with logic and events attached. Exact specs will be provided on a person-by-person basis after I review your history. Only coders with experience that I can prove/demonstrate / positive experience will be considered. This is a big project not for a rookie. The tool is heavy ajax + CSS for drag-and-drop functions. The tool makes logic "nodes" to help viewers choose products or for tech support purposes i.e. produce a flat txt file that says "is it plugged in, yes/no" if yes, go here, if no, go there and then ask more questions. A flash player will read the specified txt-file (logic tree) and then render a UI for the viewer. I estimate the project to take 30-50hrs by a senior level programmer. All code must be php/mysql5/ajax. For consideration, please show me work and/or code samples. Also, this is a big project. If you do sucky work, miss deadlines, miss friday updates you will get fired from the gig - fair upfront warning. On some little gigs I let stuff slide. This is not one of them. Also, indian companies take note: I won't hire hourly, or a project manager, or anything like that and I don't care if you're ISO certified with 1200 employees. It doesn't mean jack. On this project I want on amazing late 20's guy looking for a break into the big leagues. If you do great work, I have lots of $$ for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
