Combine 2 vids into flash(repost)

Hi, This is for the website [login to view URL] . I need two videos combined into one flash file, uploaded to the site, and then for the user to be able to click within the video on two thumbnails which will then play (like at the end of a youtube video). So: 1) Combine video A and B. Put a short bit (a fraction of a second) of black space in between them. 2) At the end, make thumbnails of each video, like on youtube after a video plays, each with a few-word description of the video. You can click on either of these thumbnail screenshots and that video will play. 3) Convert to flash and upload them to the site That's it. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
