Pass My Site Variable To Facebook Seemlessly

I am running Apache with HTMLOS software that I use to do all my dynamic programming. I want to pass a variable created with HTMLOS from my server to my members' Facebook wall. This will be easy for someone who is excellent with PHP and/or Jquery and Javascript. Do NOT apply if you haven't done this before. Do not apply if you don't understand written and audible English perfectly. This is a 3-4 hour job for a pro. I'll give you a sandbox to play in on my server when I choose you. It's VITAL that you are able to integrate my HTMLOS variables into your programming and pass MY variables (by name) through the API to the Facebook wall. Again, not hard if you're a pro. I do NOT need you to make this look pretty. I will give you a super basic HTML page with a <FORM> element on it for a simple demo. You just need to make it work. This job is all about FUNCTIONALITY - not about making it look pretty. It just needs to work flawlessly. My member will log their exercise. They choose the exercise they do and then the minutes they do that exercise. I will create a variable that combines those two variables into one variable string. It'll be called fb_message. When my member clicks the SUBMIT button within the FORM that's when HTMLOS creates the fb_message variable which is a combination I DETERMINE of the activity and the minutes. Your programming needs to pass my fb_message variable through to Facebook using their API without it interrupting my members activity on my site. I realize my members will have to FIRST authorize their data to be integrated with Facebook but after they do that once I do NOT want them to have to log onto Facebook every time to make this happen. I want this seemless - completely smooth - completely integrated. One click on my site will log their exercise on my server (I will handle that) and your programming will take my fb_message variable and post it to their Facebook Wall. Again, ONLY apply if you are excellent and if you have connected sites through the Facebook API before. I want this done in less than 48 hours.
