Sorting html panes with drag and drop using Yahoo UI Library

Using Yahoo UI Library ([login to view URL]) implement drag and drop for sorting panes in fashion similar to [login to view URL] portal. Reproduce the same smooth transitions. On mouse drag show blue bar ??" indicator of new position of pane. Follow Drag-and-drop Design Pattern published here: [login to view URL] Use Attached html mockup. Keep html tags structure on this page as is. Just add required javascripts and additional blue bars - DOM objects between panes. Panes which must be draggable are: <table style="width:100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="pane#-group" class="pane"> Where # is pane number. Handles for dragging (within pane) are: <td class="draggable" title="Move This Pane" id="pane#-drag"> Panes must support expand/collapse feature. State of each pane has to be stores in cookies (behaved in similar as now way) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working HTML page with JavaScript in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and correspond to described requirements, JavaScript must be readable and well-commented (in English) 3) Must document all changes done in Yahoo UI Library if any 4) List of additional files used, and thorough technical documentation of work done. ## Platform Must work in IE, Firefox/Mozilla, and Opera browser platforms
