simple website

I need a simple website that I can add content to with an HTML editor. I would like each page to have the same appearance as my layout, so it the design could be based on a CSS template. I've laid out a design in Adobe Illustrator (saved as a zipped PC .jpg) and need it translated into HTML. NOTE, AT THIS TIME I CAN ONLY PROVIDE THE LAYOUT AS A MAC JPG OR [login to view URL], AVIALABLE BY EMAIL. I use a Mac OS 9 computer and need to be able to open and edit files in Mac format. I've indicated a page background that contains a narrow horizontal striped pattern, like the [login to view URL] homepage. If this can't be done, use a page background of a solid color. There is a white frame over the color page backround for content: logo, navigation bar and text, which I will add. There is a header area at the top sized for insertion of a logo. There is a bar for navigation buttons below the logo header area and above a text frame. Navigation buttons or text links should change with mouseover. Designate HOME, Page 1, Page 2, Page 3. Page 4. Reference those links to separate pages in the website. Repeat those links at the page bottom as in the .jpg layout. The web page ideally would adjust to the width of the browser window, and adjust to the length of the text frame. The text frame should also adjust to the width of the browser window, and adjust to the length of the text. The website would just contain links to blank pages that I retitle and fill in. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
