We have a site (<[login to view URL]>) that works perfectly for us when we place orders but my client says that some of his customers are consistently getting errors. However, I have been unable to get more information from the customers such as what browser they are using or if they are on a Mac and I have not been able to create that problem on our end.
So I need someone who has access to a few different computers and different browsers to test this site and see if you can find some errors. One of the errors apparently is that when the customer clicks the "shop more" button after they add something to the cart, sometimes the cart shopping cart empties itself without the customer clearing the cart themselves. Another bug I have been told about is that sometimes the correct design doesn't go into the shopping cart, or the price isn't correct. So keep in mind what you order and see if that is what ends up in the cart.
So for this bid, I am looking for how much it will be to test the site out for me thoroughly, and then let me know how much per hour you charge to fix the errors.
Thanks so much for your time,
Mike
