File Upload and sinple URL generator

The purpose of this program is to give a user the ability to upload a file to a web site. It will then produce a URL to the file name. This would need to be "randomised data etc" to stop guessing of URLS. (Very Short URL) They will be given a button to "copy" the URL into their clipboard. We will need username / password for each user. They will need a simple management page to see all of their files, delete etc. This is being incorperated into another site. Dreamweave 8 is the required dev enviroment. Templates must be used. If files are pictures the management system willl show thumbnails. If a user selects multiple files, it will copy all URLS to the clicpboard. Also would like the function to create an email with the URLS embedded into it. Website needs basic security. Friendly Error pages for bad links etc. url would be for example. <[login to view URL]> Aditional features required. A simple audit system showing uploads and downloads. time date ip file etc. For accounting purposes. Disable feature to show that acccount has been disabled.. Friendly messsage. File not found etc, need friendly pages. If a file has been deleted. The user gets a frienldy help message. I would like the file manager to have a folder view with sub folders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IIS. MS SQL.
