I need bitmap conversion code that will convert YUV2 bitmaps to RGB and back.
I have included some CODE that already does that (in c#) and some sample images to play with.

Code should be written in c and/or assembly, and highly optimized. It should be made callable from c# by means of dll-importing.

I have attached working sample that does bitmap conversion, rescaling and conversion back. It's written in c# and it's slow. I say slow because I need a routing that will be able to convert frames at speed of 1000 frames per second, because frame conversion is just one part of the process.
Anyway, in order to even consider your bid, you should:

- compile and run program, find out that it doesn't work well, and find out why it doesn't. Send me the fix along with the bid. Really. No kidding. That's the only way you'll ever be able to estimate how long it will take you to do what I'm asking.
As I said in brief summary, I need c or assembler code that does the trick. You'll modify my sample or extend it to show the speed of your conversion, by doing something like this for example:
- load all images from sample ZIP to memory
- run conversion loop for all images - do this from .NET environment
- TIME the loop and report speed information
