Custom Arcade Site Script

Hi, I need a custom coded Arcade Game CMS site similar to <[login to view URL]>. Pls view the features listed there, I need exact features and a very neat designer script with online easy installation. I.E.. i will be selling this to my clients, they should be able to install the site without any difficulty. I will own the full rights to the script and the coder will be hired again for improvements, upgrades so this will lead to a long term contract through RAC. Looking forward for your bids!
