Cell Phone Application

We need an application called MedSD that can run on a variety of Cell Phone operating systems listed in priority below: 1. Symbian 2. Brew 3. PalmOS 4. Pocket PC 5. Any other Cell Phone OS The MedSD application will consist of 5 - 10 screens of data entry and stored on a database on the phone. The application should be stored on the internal memory of that phone and/or the Memory card slot (SD Card, Mini-SD, TransFlash, etc) This application should be downloadable from a web site to a cell phone or configured from a CD in a computer using at HotSync or ActiveSync type programs. I am interested to see what can be done in this application: 1. Can MedSD be registered with the Cell Phone Carrier? 2. What is involved in making sure that MedSD is OS compliant? 3. Is there a development system that we need to buy in order for your team to do the work. Some examples of the applications are found at: <[login to view URL]>[][1][][2] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1. Symbian 2.
