fix css columns and php bugs

This is the site [login to view URL] currently it uses php/mysql script to manage genre/artist/album/tracks. Now bugs which i want you to fix. 1) if you use Internet explorer you will see on main page [login to view URL] genre artist page/genre artist album page, covers are not shown correctly its not aligned properly like its aligned in mozilla firefox you need to fix this to work in both internet explorer, mozilla firefox and all other browsers. You can use tables or css or php to fix this. 2) on album tracks page [login to view URL] when you click on download link it doesn't download and doesn't update today downloads and total downloads. 3) on main page top 10 downloads and most popular downloads on link hover displays incorrectly in internet explorer you need to fix this. 4) add shadow to covers compatible with internet explorer and mozilla. I will choose advance coders only. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
