Automated Ebay Product Lister - Amazon + Ebay API Required

We require an offline piece of software that takes details from Amazon website and sets them up for sale on eBay. We will manually insert the Amazon URL's into the program and it will insert the product into a database. The program will then pull the data from the Amazon Website using Amazon API. (Product Name, Product Images, Product Description, Amazon Buy Price). The Amazon price would need to be updated into the program every 1 hour (in case of changes). We would then like to be able to set our own "sell price" on eBay that is modifiable in the program (in case we need to change the price) that updates eBay via "Buy it now listing" via API . For example the product costs £10.00 on Amazon, so we insert £15.00 as our sell price on eBay. We would also have a section for competitor price where if another eBay seller is using the same "Product Name" (from Amazon) as us it will tell us their lowest prices. There will be two more fields to calculate eBay Fees + Paypal fees and will give a total profit per item. Finally there will be a "List on Ebay" button that using all of the information that is pulled from Amazon API it will insert the product for sale on the eBay site using a custom template that looks professional.
