329581 SMS text message program

I need someone to setup a text message program on my site. here are the requirements: The text messages will be automated. They will send out financial news pertaining to the forex market. There will need to be a live feed of some kind that provides this information to the program. I will not be doing it manually. People will sign up for it by texting some code like "news" to 41041 and then that will subscribe them automatically. Just like you see in the commercials for downloading screensavers and ring tones etc. If you can do this, i will have another project for you to expand on the same application but using twitter.
