Network functions in Delphi

The project is composed of 6 different functions. The target of the functions is to: * Verify the minimum requirements for the machine as specified by the ISP * Detect configuration problems for Internet, Email, Browser, etc * Try to solve those problems by remembering the previous successful configuration * Offer guided help when a problem cannot be solved. * Interact with the CPE to get its configuration, and check its status * Know and keep a record of the current network configuration The functions should be prepared to run in a multithread environment so at the moment of configuration retrieval, several sources can be queried at the same time to speed up the reporting time. The functions will have to provide a progress indication in a way to be agreed. The functions will be written in Delphi. Bidders should provide a total price and an indication of the item price for each function. Soft Express may contract all the functions to one coder or distribute the work between different coders.
